PG County MD BSL...Repeal alert!

Pits in the news and info on Breed Specific Legislation.

Postby TheRedQueen » August 15th, 2009, 12:02 pm

The city administration of Laurel, Maryland has sent a request to the Prince George's County administrator to repeal the long standing pit bull ban.

Please send your POLITE, RESPECTFUL AND INFORMATIVE correspondence and materials to the Prince Georges County administration asking them to please consider the City of Laurel's request to repeal the county-wide breed specific ordinance.

The County Council rejected requests by task forces consisting of community members, animal groups and county officers to rescind the ban in 1999 and 2006. LET'S MAKE THE THIRD TIME THE CHARM!!
