Interesting... Although his bits on spay/neuter are sort of true (who does that leave breeding when the responsible people's dogs are all sterile?)... I'm not sure about the "after a spay/neuter clinic in an area, puppies become more rare and more expensive, ane breeders produce more litters" in regards to the whole pedigree dogs point. Only irresponsible breeders will breed according to increased demand.
As far as the behavior in society part, he's got a point with the training being more focused towards competitions and performance vs. out in public skills.
