I'm reposting this from elsewhere.

Every month (sometimes twice a month) a bunch of us meet at the Bear Mountain Inn to practice how to learn weight training with our dogs.. Leslie H runs the training, and harnesses are available for dogs 40 lbs and under to practice with. After the practice, we take the dogs for a nice leisurely walk around the lake, and then into the woods .. Normally we are there for around 4 hours to start.. Anyone and everyone is welcome to attend, with or without your dogs its up to you.. parking at the Inn is $6 unfortunately. no charge to learn how to properly weight pull . we normally meet at 1pm at the Inn, and then go from there to practice.. bring water, bowl, poop bag, and a snack for yourself. we have a blast doing it, and its a great chance to get your dogs out for socializing. our next meeting is Saturday April 4th at 1pm weather permitting...

Date has been changed to 4/5 due to rain.

please ignore the rules about dogs being muzzled, i called the Park committee and they said that is OLD and dogs do not need to be muzzled unless the owner feels they should..

Marinepits, it would be great to see you. Would I finally get to meet some of your dogs?

Therese, give Patcheeno a hug for me.
