Fundraiser to help dogs

Postby annieinpa » January 18th, 2006, 5:14 pm

I am starting a fundraiser ALL PROCEEDS GO TO DOGS DESERVE BETTER for my area.

If anybody has ink jet, laser jet cartridges or digital cellphones that you no longer need or want please mail it to me.

My address is
Ann Zubris
128 Lauderburn Ave.
Weatherly, PA 18255

The money from this fundraiser will go to helping dogs get utd on shots, s/n, surgery, medicine, etc.

I will write a check to the vet directly so the bill will be paid for.

Please if any of you can help please do. One of the dogs I'd like to help is Sara Lee (Sonya rescued her for me) she needs surgery.

Thank you,

Annie, you can join http://www.currentfun.com, http://www.phoneraiser.com , http://www.cashforcritters.com, http://www.wirelessphoneraiser.com
they are all good ways to raise funds.. the currentfun. one you keep 50% of the proceeds for the rescue.. they are all simple fundraisers, you dont have to do anything but advertise.

Also, you should tell people to make their checks out directly to the vet, some people might feel funny sending them to you, but if you have them make them out to the vet and sent to the vet directly, you will get more donations. i did that when i had my one foster pup, i put up flyers and his story in the pet paper, and said for the donations to be sent directly to the vets office for his care.. my vet received over $250 for his care, and kept all the funds in a separate account so every time i went in with him his care was paid for..

I just joined phoneraiser.

I'm opening a Dogs Deserve Better account. We also use that money to build fences. If people have a yard and we get them to get their dog off the chains, by helping to build a fence, then some of the money will go to that to.

We do various things to help the dogs in need.

I hope this will be a successful fundraiser. I'm trying to think of one for spring.

Thanks

I'm picking up my first load of cellphones this weekend. I hope I can keep getting these items.

I'm thinking about going to business and see if they would like to help.

If anyone has any other idea on fundraiser's please let me know.

Thanks
