Can I contact that rescue for doggies in my area? I'm in Macomb, IL. We are trying to get as many dogs as possible out of here, because the shelter "ain't right". We work with a weekly transport that goes to Kenosha, WI.

You can try contacting them, HappyChick. I'm not sure what they'll say. The last time I told them about an abused 8-12 week old puppy, they didn't want to take him. As soon as another rescue said they wanted him, the first rescue changed their mind. :cuss:
