Just still don't know which one. I think Ziva. IDK (She is 50lbs)

Sounds good, I should have a harness to fit her

PS - To anyone that is planning on coming to the class on Sunday. Bring LOTS of tasty treats. Preferably something soft (hot dogs, chicken, beef, cheese, etc...) so it is easy for them to consume (don't want them to have to stop and chew on crunchy treats).

Also bring comfortable shoes. Hanlders will be required to exercise along with their dogs during warm ups :wave2:

Class went well. Great group of handlers and dogs

Class consisted of:

1.) Warm up
2.) Stretching exercises
3). Into to the harness
4.) Basics of drag weight training and pulling form and targeting
5.) Wrapped up with getting each of the dogs on top of the exercise ball to work on their core and stabilizer muscles

Since there is only so much pulling you can do in an hour, I've decided to try to incorporate some cross training exercises in each week as well.

A big congrats to Christina and Ziva and Trevor and Cyrus (not on this forum). They both were in the weight pull class and attended an IWPA sanctioned pull this past weekend. Both Ziva and Cyrus pulled at least 12 times their body weight to earn their first leg towards their IWPA WD title!!

PS - For anyone who loaned me a harness, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! I'm doing a weight pull demo and disc demo at Barktober Fest this year so if I can borrow the harnesses until the 25th of Sept., I would GREATLY appreciate it

It's in Egypt Park, right over by Lollypop Farm. I think it's technically in the town of Perinton.
