I know how much you guys like contests, so here is another one. This time, you don't have to be on Facebook to participate!!

One of my favorite dog blogs on the internet is Scottie Westfall’s weblog, Retrieverman.

He doesn't just write about retrievers, there is a wealth of information about dogs, their place in our society and our lives, canine history, nature and ecology. You’ll want to grab a snack, something to drink and plan to stay a while to read.

Scottie needs some votes to push up his blog ranking, so I couldn’t think of a better way to support a blog that my family really enjoys than to share with it you while giving you a chance to win a gift certificate to Pete’s Dog Gear.

HERE'S HOW TO ENTER:

Go to THIS post: http://retrieverman.wordpress.com/2011/01/31/retrieverman-voting-contest/comment-page-1/#comment-19615

- Click the BLUE LINK that says “VOTE FOR ME” under the picture of the Golden Retriever. It will take you to blogstoplist.com. Close the tab/screen.

- Leave a reply on the Contest post. Make sure you enter an email address so that you can be contacted if you win.

Contest runs from 31 January 2011 through 12noon EST, 6 February 2011. Winner will be chosen via random drawing, announced and notified via e-mail by 10pm EST, 6 February 2011.

One entry per person, per e-mail address please. Entries left anywhere else are invalid and will not be considered.

Contests and collar give-aways are held on Pete’s Dog Gear’s Facebook page, so be sure to visit and “Like” us for other chances to win. http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/pages/Petes-Dog-Gear/171905426165704
