It's a board thing, supposed to prevent spam on the board. Some boards (ezboard) make you wait a full minute before posting. I can't pay attention that long.

Well, as an Uber GodMod, I set that number... and it is currently 45 seconds. It's an anti-spam feature of the board.

I guess you're right though, 45 is a bit long. I'll change it to 30.
