How awful, and that really hits home considering what almost happened to Riggs a few weeks ago. Ruby was in the process of strangling when I found her caught on my chain link fence at the other house...

I'm just sick for them, I can't imagine.

My heart goes out to her. I read that post with tears streaming down my face.

I read this last week I think on the BADRAP site and I was seriously crying. I cannot even imagine coming home to find my dog like that :( :( :(

That pain and guilt will stay with them :(
