RIP Scupper

One of my clients had to let their dog go this week...he was a Westie who was a hard case...they rescued him...and he was full of emotional and physical baggage that he just couldn't let go. Without warning this week, he mauled the husband's hand...and they decided that he getting worse with age. They gave him a number of good years, and the kindest thing to do was to have him pts.

Please keep them in your thoughts.

What a tough position to be put into with a dog you love and care for. :(

Good-bye Scupper.

Very sad for the clients and the dog. It is a shame some of rescues never recover from their past, even with the best care and in a loving home.
