What is Pet Injury Coverage?

They have a cute ad in some of the magazines with some dog breeds and the type of car they'd choose. Kinda cute. I have Progressive, and it's nice knowing I have that extra coverage.

It sounds like a great idea -- I'm going to call my insurance company today and ask them if they have anything similar or plan to offer it in the future.

I am doing the same since I always have a dog in the car with me. I worry about getting rear ended with the crates in the back. Or side swiped with jake in the front seat.

I love that idea....I have pet insurance on my dogs, though...so, that's helpful...

However, I did find out that Erie (my insurance company) will completely cover my dogs if they are in the dog trailer and that gets hit...

Did you have to get a special rider for that coverage?
