Hi, I'm moving to the LA area at the end of this year and pit bull friendly apartments are scarce. Can anyone reference me?

LA meaning Louisiana or Los Angeles?

I'll ask my aunt if she knows any. She used to have a pit mix and lived near LA.

I would suggest contacting pit bull-friendly shelters/rescues and veterinarians in the area and see if they keep lists of pit-friendly landlords. You'll probably have better luck with a private landlord than with an apartment corporation since so many of those have "dangerous dog" clauses in their leases.

Maybe contact http://www.badrap.org/rescue/ They are based in SF but they do work up and down the whole coast.

Also try http://www.vrcpitbull.com/home.htm

Best of luck and let us know how it goes! :)
