Alright well we took him to the vet yesterday. The cet checked his lymphnodes and said they were enlarged. She said they werent huge but weren't normal. She gave him an injection to bring them down, not sure if it was the same that Mick got or not, because Jake was snorting/grunting from pressure on his throat. She took a sample to be sent off to a lab. I wont know for a day or 2. So she said in the mean time to keep an eye in the 'nodes and make sure they stay about normal size. So I will watch them. Keep your fingers crossed it is nothing bad!

ETA: If it comes back and it isnt cancer then the vet said there are some other tests to run to see what is causing them to enlarge so much. She said with all of Jake's health problems she said he could have a new sickness/disease or something he already has is having a side effect on him. His ears looked normal so it wasnt an ear infection that someone had suggested earlier.

Tina I am so sorry you are going through such a rough time. Just keep good thoughts in mind. Stay positive. Here is a little something from Kinzyl to let you know she is thinking of Jake.
