Petie was laying on her back on a couch next to the TV when this news story came on, carelessly flailing her legs around, oblivious to that type of treatment, as I will guarentee for the rest of her life. I hugged her with tears in my eyes and thought to myself "How do some dogs gets so lucky, and others..."
Obviously these two dogs are survivors and I hope they fully recover and go on to find excellent homes (maybe like another dumpster pup we all know). I hope that this story gives some insight to the public on how pit bulls are more often victims, than victimizers.
