Just received from a transport list I am on. If anyone can help please contact Lucy Moye lmoye0617@sbcglobal.net. I'm unable to help because I will be out of town at a flyball tournament this weekend

I've had no takers for any of the following legs on Sunday, June 22. This is a transport for one little wigglebutt pittie girl who got out of the Mercer County Pound in Celina OH just in the nick of time. She's about 30 lbs., UTD, spayed, and good with other dogs. Please help her to get to her rescue in Connecticut! If you can drive, please let me know ASAP....
Thanks so much.
Lucy

EACH PASSENGER MUST TRAVEL WITH A HEALTH CERTIFICATE, A RABIES CERTIFICATE AND VET RECORDS IN AN ENVELOPE CLEARLY LABELED WITH HIS/HER NAME AND THE NAME OF THE RECEIVING RESCUE. S/HE MUST ALSO HAVE A COLLAR, WHICH MUST BE LABELED WITH THE DOG'S NAME, THE NAME AND CONTACT INFO OF THE SENDER, AND THE NAME AND CONTACT INFO OF THE RECEIVING RESCUE. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF SENDING A DOG ON THE TRANSPORT WITHOUT AN APPROPRIATELY LABELED COLLAR AND A PROPERLY LABELED ENVELOPE CONTAINING ALL THAT DOG'S (AND ONLY THAT DOG'S) PAPERWORK. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECEIVING RESCUE TO WORK TOGETHER WITH THE SENDING SHELTER AND/OR BOARDING FACILITY TO MAKE SURE THIS HAS BEEN DONE PRIOR TO TRANSPORT. I just wanted to update you guys on this one. First of all Sheena was SUCH a sweet, cutie pie! She was a joy to take to Syracuse.

Annnnnd she might have found a forever home on that transport. The woman who I met up with in Syracuse for the switch fell in love with her :)

Wow, that is a great news!!

Thanks so much for helping out with this. Many people aren't even willing to deal with the gas prices to save a dog these days

I know! I was thinking of it on the way to Syracuse. The cost of gas plus tolls! It's not every day a transport comes through our way, well that I see and can help with. I usually jump in to help if I can because I know people are feeling the pinch.
