Oldtimer & Youngtimer

Anything that doesn't fit into the other three catagories

In the 30's to 50's these races were very famous in Hamburg. Since 1959, when a deadly accident happened, they were forbidden... :(
40 Years later, in the year 1999, the "Stadtpark Revival" started again. 300 Old- and Youngtimers, 1,7 km round course through the Central Park, i love it!!

HOW COOL ARE THEY?!?!?!

Poor little Nordstadt Golf Porsche 928 (1978) seems to be held together with twine. :giggle:

If you ever come to germany, feel free to visit Smokey and me, so we will show some of the events :)

Hm, I don't know how to explain... it's not about the fastest lap round, it's an constancy(?) race. You got to have nearly the same round times for "winning".

I've got some more pics, i will upload them later today :)
