One of the more terrifying moments of my life

Food, Fitness and how to keep them healthy.

Thanks for the good thoughts, everyone. Patrick is fine....not even a bit of tracheal soreness, the crazy dog. Chris told me today that while I was trying to get Patrick conscious again I also slapped him in the face (Patrick, not Chris). I don't even remember doing that!

You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you know that you just aren't going to do anything productive for the rest of the day.

So glad everything turned out okay!! It's amazing what we remember/don't remember and what we do in high adrenaline stressful situations.

Jeanine, how scary! Inara has only choked once (though I thought she did last night but she horked it back up) and it was terrifying. I'm so glad Patrick is okay!

Sheesh...Patrick, stop scaring everyone! Glad he's okay...what a horrible incident!
