Bee got spayed today, and came through surgery like a champ. :D

She also had a small sore spot on the back of her neck... which turns out to be demodex mange. One of the vet techs told me that her Mom had been seen for this exact problem several times, and that the owner was lectured and STRONGLY discouraged from breeding her female since this can be hereditary.

Oh, I SO agree. :mad2:
It's very unfortunate for Beezus, because I can't/won't put her up for adoption until at least two scrapings come back negative - and she REALLY deserves a forever home.

I am leaning more and more towards vigorously supporting the mandatory speutering of certain members of the human race. :devil:

One can hope and pray. And throw it out there to our respective political parties, repeatedly, maybe coupled w/a hefty bribe of some sorts. :smileUp: :D
