BODACIOUS (ADBA)

For those of us that show or want to show our dogs.

Postby Patch O' Pits » May 24th, 2009, 11:30 am

With all the chaos in my house over the last couple of months I have not done much of anything besides, mope, hang out with the dogs in the house after work and play fetch...

My BF offered to babysit my other dogs and sent me off to a ADBA show Saturday.

Bodacious took a third place in big and very nice class of 2-3 year old females. She had a great time giving kisses and getting attention from anyone that would come see her. It felt good to be out of the house actually doing something again.

I had a great time and met some more awesome APBT people and some from forums that I had never met in person before, plus some old friends too.

CONGRATS to my little peanut Bodacious, and all the other winners too! It was a fun day with great company! I'll let others who did some winning do their own bragging on it :)

Good luck to anyone who went today. I didn't go today.

Hope everyone has a safe trip !

Thanks for the congrats! Bodacious is a good girl and win or lose, she is my baby doll!

Thanks again to my BF for sending me and watching the dogs or I would not have been able to go...

In the back of my head I still felt a guilty about going anywhere because of loosing Starlit in April.
After Sock-M, I did absolutely nothing at all for a long long time and was beyond miserable. I am trying not to torture myself so much this time for things I could not have prevented from happening...

Hug all your fur-kids tight today, life is too short and you never know what is going to happen!!!

****Hugs to Heaven for my babies Starlit and Sock-M! I miss you so much!****

That's fantastic! And you'd best get some pics! I think it needs to be a rule that whenever announcements like yours are made that it's mandatory for pics to shown. lol

Hopefully someone will post up some picts of the show. There were a bunch of dogs that forum members might recognize there :)

Your girls would WANT you to do things, you know? Dogs are amazing that way.

But I do know how you feel and I sympathize. :( :hug3:

And a HUGE :congrats: to both of you!!! :D
