Or a brain prone to swelling.

Why should you be able to own a wild animal? Just cause you think that the laws shouldn't keep us from doing things in general? What about the tiger's standpoint? And I mean this in a non-attacking way, I just don't understand why it makes sense to you.
call2arms wrote:Why would you want to own a wild animal? I understand someone shouldn't tell you what to and not to do, but beyond that... Is that the only reason?

To me there's a huge difference between a pit bull, a domesticated animal, vs. a wild animal that could and would eat you for dinner in the wild.
Even if I had the option, I would not own one for many reasons. Those reasons being that to me, wild animals remain in the wild, we've domesticated enough animals already. Plus, a lot of those species (thinking of big cats) are endangered, so they shouldn't be in someone's backyard, they should be surviving out there and breeding. And I also believe it's not very smart to take an animal away from it's natural habitate and submit it to the stress of living with humans, for our own amusement.
call2arms wrote:I agree that you should have the choice to endanger yourself, but if every second of your neighbors decided to purchase a tiger, chances are one of them would end up hurting someone else than "yours truly". But in a concept of private property, I guess the tigers equals a gun, or a millitary tank, in your line of tought. I agree with the concept, in an ideal world where people would have more than half a brain. But sadly, not everyone has a moral sense of what to do and what not to do with their private property.
There are millions of resaons to be ashamed of being Canadian, American or a human, in my opinion. What were those reasone you were thinking of in particular? (I'm not sure I want to know, )

Aboot? As in, a bad pronunciation of about? No one says that in my neck of the woods... That I know of.
100% agreed about Celine, she's hated here too. I didn't breed her, so I'm not an asshole though. Plus, if she's big in the U.S, some people like her there too.
I can think of many other things other than Trailer Park boys to make up for this.
