He's pretty ginger on that back leg when he first gets up but seems to get more comfortable as he gets moving around. Here's to hoping the hock incision stays closed this week end but I've got my vets cell number just in case.
Here's the big hock incision. The smaller incisions were made to help relieve the pressure and hopefully keep the incision closed. The mass kind of wrapped around his leg so was more challenging to remove and get good margins.
And then here's the incision from the upper thigh. This one is in a much better location for staying closed.
