After we experienced a lot more setbacks with Toby, I tried a new vet. I can't say enough just how different Toby is. The final straw was when he attacked mannequins in a window. Repeatedly. And would get worked up inside and bark at the slightest noise outside. Or run through my house frantically searching for mice that didn't exist. Anyone outside, even fifty feet away, was a reason to get worked up and react.
I don't want to get ahead of myself and I certainly don't consider my dog "cured" after nearly a year of puzzling, reactive behaviors that drove me to the my wits end, but Toby is doing substantially better. I'm sure it was in part the homeopathic treatments. Hopefully combined with my own training/management efforts. I can say that if it weren't for this forum and the support I've received, Toby and I would be in a very different situation right now. You guys are the best.
