PBT Friends are Awesome!

Post your pics and vids here.

Bob and I were presented this beautiful gift today from our PBT friends. I cannot begin to tell you how much it means to us. In addition to the drawing, there was also a donation made to the Morris Animal Foundation in Trouble's name - an excellent choice.

The artist did an excellent job capturing the essence of our sweetheart. Thank you doesn't begin to cover our gratitude. We are honored to have met such wonderful and caring folks here. Tears gently falling....

Actually it is, not sure how I did it. Must have been when I rotated and re-sized it. I thought it looked different...

Wow they did a great job! I love her eyes especially... like Joyce said - the artist really captured her personality.

I just took it down to show my mom. She was in awe that it looks so much like Troub.

It looks even BETTER the correct way! :giggle: I love the facial expression. I know it is hard to capture their true expression, but this one did.

Where will you keep it?

Let me add, that it will still make you both cry looking at it, but someday you will be able to smile a tiny bit and then you will know your healing has started.

I'm not sure where it will find a permanent home. Our house is under construction at the moment. For now it will live in the spare bedroom that is really more of a sitting room - a couch, but no bed. I will have to find a place for the 'Trouble shrine'. I'm looking for a shadowbox table top for some of her things, a place for her urn, and a couple of drawings. Kristen has one in the mail for me that should arrive early this week. I'm really excited to get it as well.

As weepy as I (we) continue to be, there are smiles and stories. How can one not smile when we think of all her antics. She had so much personality.
